Pa Tutus are carefully made with every little princess's twirling habits in mind. Our ribbon-encased elastic SEWN waistbands (not glued or tied!) make our Pa Tutus comfortable to wear. Our bows are hand-sewn (to prevent endless bow-tying!), and our fun fillings - pompoms, foamies, flowers - are a delight to every princess.
